Eating Out in Benghazi
Finding good restaurants in Benghazi is a real challenge. There are very few, and of indifferent quality. Fortunately, there are at least two excellent seafood restaurants that take advantage of the daily catch of fish from the Med. So, generally our outings for good food take us to one of these seafood venues.
The variety and freshness of the daily catch is very impressive.
Even some big guys if you want a slice.
Not exactly high end, but the food is perfect. Fortunately for us, these is a small open room on the right side of this main dining area that we can use without disturbing the locals too much. The staff were always most gratious and friendly.
